陰陽論は世界の有り様をシンプルに解き明かす

古代から人間の活動と自然環境の間には密接な関係があると言われている。生命の根本は陰陽である。これは宇宙の全て、天から地まで、四方と九大陸の全てを含むものだ。『黄帝内経』

万物は陰陽の法則に基づいている、というのが陰陽論です。
私たちの心と身体、命も陰陽の法則に従っていますので、鍼灸医学も陰陽論に基づいているのです。

相反する２つの要素から世界が成り立っているという陰陽の考え方はとても魅力的で、私は大好きです。
